这是塞缪尔·乌尔曼（Samuel Ullman）的诗《Youth》里面的句子，首先要去理解这些句子，要翻译得很美的话，可能要多加修饰了。

Years may wrinkles the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry,fear ,self-distust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust.

岁月可以在皮肤上留下皱纹，却无法为灵魂刻上一丝痕迹。忧虑、恐惧、缺乏自信才使人佝偻于时间尘埃之中。

Youth is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees , it's a matter of will ,a quality of imagination ,a vigor of emotions.
